Found a great deal on Booking on a family room. Room was HUGE and had two kings in separate rooms so worked out well for the teenagers and the parents. Super nice woman at check-in; we were running late and had ended up at another HIE in the south part of the town so didn't get here until very late and I called to let her know. She remembered when we got there and was very nice and sympathetic.

M. Theresa at the front desk was so wonderful! She was friendly, fun and very helpful. The heat in our room wasn’t working when we checked in and she and sarah ( ?) were up there in minutes to check it out, offer another room and bring extra amenities:) Breakfast had a big variety and our large group was able to hang out in the lobby together and not disturb anyone because of the layout.

Very clean and well lighted. The variety and quality of food was more than I have experienced at other complimentary breakfasts. The staff in charge were efficient and friendly.

The girl at the front desk was great we were looking for a starbucks and she gave us directions to the one not to far from the hotel. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was great !!!

I love the hospitality Holiday Inn offers. Furthermore, it always seems no matter where or what hour; the night concierge is always there to accommodate.

Exceeded expectations. Breakfast was amazing. Especially the pancake machine. Beds weee cozy. Bathroom was a little grungy, but shower felt amazing.

The pool was closed for repairs and had an issue with the door look on the room which maintenance fixed quickly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the property was very clean for the most part. The gym could use cleaning. The other guests didn't pick up after themselves.
